Nick Snelling LLB worked as a litigation executive in the UK prior to founding and running a UK construction company. Initially, this company dealt with high profile renovation projects for celebrities in central London before specialising in remedial works to properties suffering structural movement.
Nick wrote his first book ‘Home Ownership – Buying and Maintaining’ as a consequence of his experience in UK construction. This is a detailed work that encompasses property matters from contract disputes and housing finance through to managing and running building contracts.
In Spain, Nick has worked as an equity trader and management consultant to two Spanish estate agencies.
